PAYMENT INFORMATION: Payments are processed automatically at the close of the auction using the credit/debit card entered at auction registration. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. 

ATTENTION TAX EXEMPT BUYERS: Submit tax exemption forms before the auction closes. Regular buyers must update forms at least annually. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure their forms are complete and on file. If you haven't bid with us in the last 3 months, please update your forms to avoid sales tax.

Forms can be scanned to [email protected] at least one hour before the auction starts closing. Pictures sent via text or email will not be accepted. Both the authorized person and the purchaser must sign the forms. Bontrager Auction does not honor late, incomplete, or outdated forms.

MERCHANDISE REMOVAL: Thursday, July 2nd, 9 am to 3 pm in Alexander, NY by appointment. Any other arrangement is subject to auctioneer approvial before the auction closes, and a fee to cover our staff time.
